This bot will provide answers to frequently asked HR questions by utilizing the company’s internal knowledge base. In addition, the bot can notify human HR experts when employees require assistance with uncommon scenarios. Once deployed, employees will be able to conveniently access HR information within Microsoft Teams, eliminating the need to search through the company’s intranet.
- Scenario 2 Service Desk bot
This bot will answer common technical questions, like those related to Service Desk and User support, with relevant information from the company’s internal knowledge base. The bot can also contact human IT Support experts and notify them that an employee needs help for uncommon scenarios. Once this bot is published, employees can access IT Service-related information in Microsoft Teams without needing to search the company’s intranet.
